Businesses using Google Apps have a contact directory that is available to users from their web browser. However on a mobile application, the directory is not directly accessible. To work around this, you can use the ‘Contacts’ App with a connected Google Account. Initially you want to make sure your Google Apps account is connected to your iPhone. To do this: Open Settings Scroll down to Mail, Contacts, Calendars Ensure that your Google Apps account is listed under Accounts.
