We are seeking a strong Oracle Middleware and Identity Management Developer/Architect/Consultant.
Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 2+ Years experience and Strong Implementation skills in Oracle Middleware and Identity Management
- 2+ Years experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Federation (OIF), Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA), and/or Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) as well as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Suite
- 2+ Years experience in implementing applications running on WebLogic Server
- 2+ Years experience with multiple LDAPs outside of OID like MSAD
- 1+ Years experience with other Oracle Middleware technologies like ADF, E2.0, BI
- Strong experience in developing / implementing test strategies
- Strong implementation experience working on high pressure, mission critical objectives
- Strong ability to present project objectives, project status, and deliverables; Motivation to be the best and take pride in work deliverables
- Strong experience with guiding customers in enterprise collaboration and usability principles
- Have defined metrics to monitor policies, procedures, and standards relating to database management
- Passionate about customer success, process, and technology
- Interest in quickly growing our Oracle customer base and internal staff
- Provides consulting services in a senior technical/infrastructure administration capacity to management and technical/infrastructure administration staff
- Very Strong oral and written communication skills; very strong presentation skills
- Fast-paced consulting (true advisory roles) background
- Consulting experience with large software enterprises
- Ability to work in teams / lead teams (infrastructure) and work independently
- Strong willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
- Strong experience with a variety of Identity Management, SOA, and Web 2.0 development outside of Oracle's stack
- Experience with scripting languages
- Experience with other Open Source technologies
- Experience with Oracle BPM and Governance products
