We are seeking a strong Oracle and Java Developer / Consultant. Requirements for this position:
- Ability to maintain high ethical and moral standards
- Have implemented successful Oracle and Java solutions as a hands-on, highly productive senior developer
- Familiarity with software architectures, standard lifecycle concepts, practices, and procedures for development of JAVA based applications to include graphical user interfaces, web services, data extraction and transformation
- Working knowledge with Oracle ADF 11g for development
- Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents highly complex programs
- Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes programs and time requirements
- Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, functional and technical documentation
- Provides recommendations and revisions to programs and documents
- Develops complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs
- Designs systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs
- Supports project personnel in resolving fairly complex program problems
- Organized in approach to solving problems with the ability to clearly communicate thought process. Can communicate confidently and comfortably to business as well as IT
- Passionate about customer success, process, and technology
- Interest in quickly growing our Oracle customer base and internal staff
- Interest in not just development, but also enterprise infrastructure and performance tuning (install and configure)

- Provides consulting services in a technical and/or managerial capacity to management and technical staff
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 4+ Years’ experience as a Consultant or Senior Developer
- 3+ Years’ experience with C#, C++, Java, J2EE, XML, Perl, JSP, JSF, JavaScript, AJAX
- 3+ Years’ experience with Architectural standards and SOA technologies
- 3+ Years’ experience working with relational databases to facilitate programming software
- 3+ Years’ experience with MVC, Struts and Hibernate frameworks
- Good understanding of Oracle Service Oriented Architecture, SOA, BPEL, BAM, WSM, OSB, ODI, OIM, OAM
- Working knowledge of cloud computing service offerings preferably Amazon EC2, Salesforce.com
- Strong skills in programming, using testing tools and scripting languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design and architecture of enterprise software solutions
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, Strong presentation skills
- Consulting experience with large software enterprises
- Strong ability to support multiple concurrent efforts
- Ability to work as part of team and independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle ERP desired
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle AS (OC4J) desired
- Experience with Human Workflow desired
- Working knowledge of OBIEE 11g, Hyperion desired
- Fast-paced consulting (true advisory roles) background desired
