The benefits of business process improvement are becoming more and more prevalent in today’s organizations. M&S Consulting is an early adopter of the Oracle BPA Suite, with implementations using SOA technologies, BPEL, BAM, Portal, and ARIS.
Since inception, M&S Consulting has had distinctive arms within our organization for 1) technology implementation and 2) business process improvement and quality assurance. M&S has taken Six Sigma concepts and applied the methodology to business process analysis and re-engineering using ARIS, and driving improvement via technology using SOA technologies like BPEL.
With Oracle BPA, M&S has been able to leverage a suite of technology tools to successfully implement a more automated round-trip communication between business and IT.
