M&S Consulting score high in customer performance evaluations.
M&S Consulting recently participated in a performance review by our customers. The survey was created, administered, and scored by Open Ratings, an independent third party, on behalf of the federal government. M&S is please to report that we received an overall score of 96 out of 100 possible points. We received 100% satisfaction ratings with regard to our business relations, personnel, and customer support facets. We are in the top 20% of companies, at the national level, which provide similar services. As a service provider, M&S is tremendously delighted that our customers feel that we are meeting and exceeding their expectations.
