Ashok Aggarwal
Before co-founding M&S, Mr. Aggarwal worked for Accenture, where he focused on delivery of Enterprise Applications, Business Intelligence/Reporting, Web 2.0, Integration/Workflow, and eLearning solutions. He brought his experiences from Accenture and other previous ventures to M&S Consulting as he has created true centers of excellence and has driven success on cutting-edge solutions to the hardest problems facing organizations today.
In addition to managing solution delivery on numerous services engagements, Mr. Aggarwal has stepped out of the box to create products that are positioned to revolutionize the way people work with Process and Technology. Among his many accomplishments in the industry and community, Mr. Aggarwal holds a seat on SOA and Enterprise 2.0 Customer Advisory Boards at Oracle Corporation, authors white papers, and is currently co-authoring books relating to Enterprise 2.0, SOA/Integration, and overall implementation success.
Mr. Aggarwal holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a Minor in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
Sanu Chadha
Sanu Chadha brings to M&S Consulting a wide range of knowledge, skill, and experience in quality assurance, business process management, and project management. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, Mrs. Chadha has led strategic deployment of the Six Sigma methodology to overall organizations as well as departmental groups. Ms. Chadha mentors management and team members as she addresses specific process improvement initiatives.
In addition to her expertise in Process Management using Six Sigma, Mrs. Chadha is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has driven a wide range of critical projects to completion on-time and under budget, including compliance activities like CMMI Certification and HIPAA Compliance.
Ms. Chadha holds dual degrees in Biology and Psychology-Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University as well as a Masters in Health Service Administration from George Washington University.
