Ashok Aggarwal, co-founder at M&S, started the organization with the idea that delivering huge success consistently is a quality customers are clamoring for in the enterprise from their professional services partners. Before co-founding M&S, Mr. Aggarwal worked for Accenture, where he focused on delivery of Enterprise Applications, Business Intelligence/Reporting, Web 2.0, Integration/Workflow, and eLearning solutions. He brought his experiences from Accenture and other previous ventures to M&S Consulting as he has created true centers of excellence and has driven success on cutting-edge solutions to the hardest problems facing organizations today.
In addition to managing solution delivery on numerous services engagements, Mr. Aggarwal has stepped out of the box to create products that are positioned to revolutionize the way people work with Process and Technology. Among his many accomplishments in the industry and community, Mr. Aggarwal holds a seat on SOA and Enterprise 2.0 Customer Advisory Boards at Oracle Corporation, authors white papers, and is currently co-authoring books relating to Enterprise 2.0, SOA/Integration, and overall implementation success.
Mr. Aggarwal holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a Minor in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
Sanu Chadha
Partner
Sanu Chadha, co-founder, brings to M&S Consulting a wide range of knowledge, skill, and experience in business performance management, process improvement, and project management. As an ASQ-trained Six Sigma Black Belt, Mrs. Chadha has led strategic deployments of the Six Sigma methodology in support of business process transformation across various industries. Ms. Chadha interacts with management and facilitates project teams as she addresses specific process improvement initiatives.
In addition to her expertise in Process Management using Six Sigma, Mrs. Chadha is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has driven a wide range of critical projects to completion on-time and under budget, including compliance activities like CMMI Certification and HIPAA Compliance.
Ms. Chadha holds dual a Bachelors in Science in Neurobiology from Vanderbilt University as well as a Masters in Health Service Administration from The George Washington University.
Jay Mason
Associate Partner
Jay Mason has over 20 years of information technology experience. Prior to joining M&S, Jay honed his information technology consulting experiences as a Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Partner of Effective Shareholder Solutions (ESS).
Mr. Mason’s unique experience is focused on information visualization of large volumes of machine-generated and user-generated transactions. Mr. Mason designs and implements the processes and infrastructure behind highly secure, scalable, dynamic, data-driven, web-enabled systems that present operational business intelligence content to senior management across multiple business units. Areas of expertise include secure financial transaction processing, data architecture, business intelligence, and enterprise content management.
Mr. Mason holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northern Kentucky University and has completed several courses in Management Information Systems at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
Subra Natarajan
Associate Partner
Subra Natarajan has over 15 years of information technology experience. Prior to joining M&S, Subra Natarajan was directing the enterprise applications technology efforts at West Virginia University. He has spearheaded various technology driven initiatives and has several successful enterprise projects and implementations to his credit.
Mr. Natarajan specializes in end-to-end solutions for enterprise information technology. His unique skills in ERP Applications (Oracle, PeopleSoft, Banner) as well as Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA, Web 2.0, Single Sign-On) enable him to architect the right-fit solution for complex IT challenges. Mr. Natarajan has implemented upgrades of Oracle E-Business Suite and has come to M&S Consulting with the perspective of working for years managing an organization responsible not just for implementation of innovative solutions, but also the specific challenges and operational considerations required for successfully running stable, high-performing, flexible systems for many years.
Mr. Natarajan holds Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from University of Madras. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
